Delete your account

Delete your IventNow account in a few seconds from the app or the website, or ask us by email.

It’s permanent: your profile and tickets can’t be recovered.

In the app

Instant
  1. Open IventNow and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm: the account is deleted right away.

Running events with tickets sold? Cancel them first, or wait until they end.

By email

Within 30 days

Write to us from your account’s email address, so we know it’s you. We delete it within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What we delete

  • Profile and sign-in data
  • Tickets, lists and attendance
  • Follows, preferences and notifications

What remains

  • Payment accounting records, kept for as long as the law requires.
